We can accommodate celebrations of up to 75 people, comfortably seated.

Your booking includes a standard set-up with rectangular tables.

Round tables can be added if desired.

Linen and chair covers can be added to your booking at an additional charge.

 

Pricing

Package for short-term rentals (minimum 3 hours) – Weekends excluded.

All prices are subject to GST and PST

Daytime Hourly - Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm): $100/hr

Evening Hourly – Monday to Friday (5pm - 10pm): $150hr

Setup service ($75): in case you want a special arrangement of tables.

Sound System ($80), Microphone ($25), Projector and Screen ($50)

STAT Holidays are subject to an additional $500 fee.

 

Special Event Pricing

High season occurs from May to October

• Weekdays $750 - $1,500 + tax and fees (8am – 12am)

• Friday & Saturday $1,250$ - 2,500 + tax and fees (8am – 2am)

• Sunday $1,000 - $2,000 + tax and fees (8am – 12am)

Low season occurs from November to April

• Weekdays $500 - $1,000 + tax and fees (8am – 12am)

• Friday & Saturday $1,000 - $2,000 + tax and fees (8am – 2am)

• Sunday $750 - $1,500 + tax and fees (8am – 12am)

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

YXE Foodies can fulfill all your catering needs.

Only food and Non-Alcoholic beverages provided by YXE Foodies Catering may be consumed on the premises.

Any special dietary requests at the time of service, and not noted in prior arrangements, will be gladly fulfilled but will be subject to an additional charge.

You can get your own Liquor Permit and bring in your own alcohol.
